Proximity News Theme

Proximity News Theme Single Use License - $59.95
The single use license entitles you to use the theme on a single site at a time.  The license is transferable, but cannot be used on two sites simultaneously.  You may not use this theme on anyone else’s site but your own.  You may not resell or redistribute this theme in any way.

The developer’s license entitles you to use the theme on as many sites as you wish at any given time.  You may install the theme on many sites, including client sites.  You may not resell or redistribute this theme in any way.

iNews Theme Single Use License - $49.95
The single use license entitles you to use the theme on a single site at a time.  The license is transferrable, but cannot be used on two sites simultaneously.  You may not use this theme on anyone else’s site but your own.  You may not resell or redistribute this theme in any way.

iNews Theme Developer’s License - $99.95

2 for 1 Proximity + iNews Single Use License - $99.95
The single use license entitles you to use each theme on a single site at a time. The license is transferrable, but cannot be used on two sites simultaneously. You may not use this theme on anyone else’s site but your own. You may not resell or redistribute this theme in any way.

2 for 1 Proximity + iNews Developer’s License - $149.95
The developer’s license entitles you to use the themes on as many sites as you wish at any given time. You may install the themes on many sites, including client sites. You may not resell or redistribute these themes in any way.

Purchase Policies

I take pride in providing quality products such as the Proximity family of themes. Any bugs reported in the forums will take priority over other issues, and as long as the Proximity News Theme is for sale, I will be supporting and updating it.

However, if you become unhappy with either the theme or the support, unfortunately because of the nature of digital products, we are unable to give refunds after purchase, in order to protect our copyright. Once you have made the purchase, I will be unable to provide a refund.

Finally, we do ask that you respect our copyright and the license you purchased. Please do not violate the terms you agreed to upon purchase. If you would like to upgrade from one license to another, feel free to contact me in order to make up the difference. Sorry, no downgrading licenses.
