If you are asking a specific question, see if it has already been asked and answered in our FAQ section.

If you are emailing because you need theme support, please be sure it hasn’t already been asked in the support forums. If it hasn’t been asked in the forums, please begin a new thread there and ask. If you don’t find a resolution to your problem there, feel free to email me and let me know the problem. If it falls within the included support, I’ll get an answer to you ASAP. If it falls outside support, I’ll probably recommend you hire a professional to help you out.
